U13

U13 team information:

• As of August 7, 2025 there are 8 players that have shown interest.
• Based on this initial response, RMSA will be setting up a U13 registration in RAMP for this age group, we ask all parents to complete the official registration there to confirm players.

  • Please note, registration will be gender specific (as per CASA requirements) BUT this will be a coed team.
  • Registration will close on September 19, and a late fee of $50 will be applied afterwards.
  • Teams will need a minimum of 10 players registered in order to be viable (as that’s a very lean bench already).

At this time we don’t have anyone that has offered to be the U13 head coach.

• The team will require a head coach, if none found, the team will have to be cancelled.

An indoor game will be 7v7 (for games at the Dome) and 6v6 (if any games played in Camrose).

• The maximum players on a roster allowed 15 (an ideal amount for coaching & playing is ~10-12).

Practice nights will be set by the coach(es) and based on indoor practice space availability. Location to be determined.

CASA’s season will be October 25, 2025 to March 7, 2026

Games will occur on the weekends, either Saturday or Sunday and in Red Deer or Camrose. Double header games may occur.

RMSA has to complete a final declaration of our teams by September 30 and a final roster by October 7.

• This means we have till September 30 to confirm a U11 team, and
• We have till October 7 to register players.

If we have 10 players on a team, the cost should be ~$325.00 (just so you’re prepared) **please note, this may increase or decrease once we confirm gym rental and # of players.

• If a team only has 7 players this would increase to ~$450/player to cover just the CASA fees and gym rental.
• RMSA does our best to keep these costs as low as possible but we do try to work in some buffer for equipment replacement/purchases due to the increased use of the equipment we do have.
